Due to the limited capacity at Pinehall, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be included on your invitation and RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
As much as we love your little ones, due to limited venue capacity we are kindly requesting our guest list be kept to those specifically listed on the invitation. We are inviting parents of little ones to take the night off and celebrate with us! Should you be unable to leave your children at home due to special needs, nursing, etc., we are happy to discuss accommodations.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE EVENING?
We are excited to see our closest friends and family looking their best! Our vision for the day includes attire that reflects a refined yet relaxed approach, capturing the elegance of a garden party while embracing the warm, earthy tones of rustic chic.
Ladies, we’d love to see you feeling confident in whatever midi or maxi dress makes you feel the most beautiful! Opt for a dress in soft, muted colors like blush, peach, pale yellow, or sage, or for a floral pattern that echoes a garden’s natural beauty. Think sundresses or varieties of textures like lace, chiffon, or silk. Complement the outfit with sandals or western boots and accessorize with jewelry.
For the guys, aim for neutral tones like tan or beige, or choose to add a pop of color using pastels or florals. For a charming twist, feel free to add a waistcoat or suspenders. Combine with chinos or dress trousers in a coordinating shade and finish the look with brown or tan leather boots or dress shoes. A tie or bow tie with subtle patterns, florals, and light color adds a touch of sophistication.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Pinehall offers plenty of parking for all of our guests. A parking attendant will be present to direct guests to one of two available parking lots: one adjacent to the bridal cottage or another adjacent to the reception barn, which has handicap parking.

WILL THE WEDDING BE OUTDOORS?
We are planning to host the wedding ceremony outside rain or shine! Should rain be on the forecast, we will have plenty of umbrellas on-hand. Our ceremony location should be fully shaded by trees. Following the ceremony, we will move indoors for the reception.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES OR VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
Though we love pictures, we are choosing to have an unplugged ceremony so that all of our guests can be fully present and enjoy our special moment with us! We have hired an amazing photography and videography team to ensure that no moment goes un-captured. Following the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like! We will have a designated time to take pictures with all of our guests during dinnertime.

DO UBERS AND LYFTS SERVICE THE AREA?
Our venue is located in a rural area, so finding an Uber to the wedding may by possible,
however finding a ride home may be challenging. We do not recommend relying on a ride-
share service to get home!

SHOULD I BRING A GIFT TO THE WEDDING?
Thank you for your generosity! It is preferred that gifts be sent to the address provided on our registry, but they are welcome to be brought to the venue as well. There will be a card box at the wedding for those who would like to express their love in writing.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
We will be providing a selection of wine for guests to enjoy during the celebration. While it won’t be a full open bar, we hope this will help set a fun and festive mood. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE TO THOSE WITH LIMITED MOBILITY?
The ceremony site, bathrooms, and reception site are all fully wheel-chair accessible. In addition, the staff at Pinehall is incredibly accommodating and will be happy to assist individuals with limited mobility such by providing rides via side-by-side.

WILL THERE BE MEAL OPTIONS FOR GUESTS WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR ALLERGIES?
When responding to the RSVP tab on our site, there will be an opportunity to share your personal dietary restrictions and allergies. Please be as specific as possible to ensure all needs are met.
